On the morning of February 15, the La Mesa Reservoir Project in the Philippines kicked off officially in the presence of representatives of the Owner and the Project Management Department.

Located in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Luzon, the Philippines, the Project mainly comprises of the reconstruction of three reservoirs and the construction of auxiliary facilities such as supporting pumping stations, control rooms, generator rooms and oil depots.
It is designed to improve water storage capacity, optimize water storage structure and strengthen water quality management, so as to effectively reduce the waste of the water resource and water pollution risks, and improve the management efficiency of water resources. Upon completion, the Project can deliver high-quality raw water efficiently and stably to the local area to meet the growing demand for water in the surrounding areas. Especially during peak period of water supply and drought, it can provide a reliable guarantee for the urban water supply system, enhance its stability and risk resistance, and provide strong support for the lives of community residents, economic development and sustainable water supply.
