Basic situation：
The San Gabán III Hydropower Project has been included in the list of the second batch of early harvest projects for China-Peru capacity cooperation and is the only hydropower project among the 18 projects. The Project, with a total installed capacity of 209.3MW, adopts the first open TBM exported from China to South America for construction and uses the first air-cushioned surge chamber in South America for design. The Project has been classified by the Peruvian government as a priority project of national interest.
