Basic situation：
The Project of the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of the 780MW Solar Photovoltaic Power Stations is one of the first batch of key projects-“Algeria’s 2,000MW Solar Photovoltaic Projects”-in the renewable energy planning of Algeria. Five sections are distributed in the following five provinces: Béchar Province, M'Sila Province, Laghouat Province, El Oued Province, and Ouled Djellal Province. The Project is the first PV project constructed by CWE.
