Recently, the BIM Week Conference 2025 grandly kicked off in Lima, Peru. As a significant annual gathering for digital infrastructure advancement in Latin America, the conference attracted numerous government agencies, industry experts, and international enterprise representatives to jointly explore cutting-edge applications of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. CWE Peru was the only Chinese enterprise invited to attend the event and delivery case study presentation.

　　The representative of CWE Peru delivered a presentation titled “BIM Technology Empowers Infrastructure Construction”, sharing innovative practices and smart construction experience of BIM technology in the integral solution of the Huaycoloro river project (hereafter referred to as “the project”). The presentation comprehensively demonstrated the digital management and application of BIM technology throughout the project lifecycle - from planning/design and construction operations to change execution, quality inspection, completion settlement, acceptance and handover processes. It detailed how BIM technology effectively addresses pain points in traditional projects, including information silos and construction conflicts. The case study presentation not only provided replicable BIM technical solutions for the infrastructure sector in Peru, but also earned high praise from attending guests.

　　In the future, CWE Peru will further consolidate its expertise and application of BIM technology, making the company’s business development in Peru more digitalized and intelligent, upscale, green, and integrated.
