The Souapiti Hydroelectric Project, with a total installed capacity of 450MW, is the secondary power station by cascade development in the Konkouré River in Guinea, and the Kaléta Hydropower Station is located 6km downstream. The Project is the largest dam by dam height, reservoir capacity, and the installation scale in Guinea and even West Africa and is also one of the most important power supply points in Guinea and even West Africa. It won the “China Construction Engineering Luban Prize”.
